  • IBM MQ ships the IBM Security Directory Server (ISDS) LDAP
client libraries in order to proivde LDAP connectivity for user
authentication and authorization.
This APAR updates these libraries to the latest available levels

Problem conclusion


    

  • This APAR updates the LDAP client libraries component supplied
with IBM MQ version 8.

The libraries are updated to version 6.4.0.8 on the following
platforms:

  AIX
  Linux (x86-32)
  Linux (x86-64)
  Linux PPC64
  Linux PPC64 Little Endian
  zLinux
  Solaris (x86-64)
  Solaris (SPARC)
  Windows (x86-64)


The libraries are updated to version 6.3.1.17 on the following
platforms:

  HP-UX (IA64)
  Windows (x86-32)
