Error description

  • The IBM Integration ODBC Extender (IE02) encapsulates the
unixODBC driver manager. When there are many instances of
message flow threads performing intensive ODBC activity, there
can be a performance overhead with the validation of handles
that are passed to the driver manager in ODBC calls. If a
snapshot of the process threads is taken, similar call stacks
to the following may be seen for some of the message flow
    threads performing ODBC calls:

    _global_lock_common
    _mutex_lock
    mutex_entry
    __validate_stmt
    SQLBindParameter
