Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Maintain - Form Structure - Define". User opens form (into Excel). User receives error. Afterwards, user clicks ”Company - Data entry - Reported values” and attempts to open the same 'bad' form. User receives exact SAME error message as before.
