Error description

  • When running the Tivoli Storage Manager for Enterprise Resource
Planning, Data Protection for SAP HANA setup script to
configured the SAP HANA installation, the following error can be
seen if the configuration is performed on the standby node
  * -10709: Connection failed (RTE:[89006] System call 'connect'
  failed,  rc=111:Connection refused)
  Processing of hdbsql command failed!

Spectrum Protect  for Enterprise Resource Planning version 7.1.3

Local fix

  • Execute the setup script (setup.sh) on one of the active SAP
HANA nodes.

Problem conclusion
