Content is lost when submitting or updating an asset

Troubleshooting


Problem

When you use IBM® Rational® Asset Manager, if you submit or update an asset, not all the content is uploaded to the asset. This behavior can occur if you use IBM WebSphere® Application Server as the application server and set the ServerIOTimeout property in the web server plug-in to a non-zero value.

Symptom

Not all the content is uploaded to the asset.
