Error description
After upgrading to V5.2.5, the SOAPRequestHandler service no longer puts the request message in the process data with <mesa xmlsns=uri:sci> as the root element. The corresponding schema mapping for the web service exposing this BP does not validate the input and output schema. Enabling the schema validation did not fix this issue.

USERS AFFECTED: Customers who use SOAP functionality to validate the MESA document. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Changes on the SOAP functionality where the MESA tag is validated causes a regression for customers who want the MESA tag added as part of process data. PLATFORMS AFFECTED: ALL
Problem conclusion
RESOLUTION SUMMARY: Fix provided so that customers can go back to the previous behavior by setting validateMesa=false in the soa.properties file. By default this property is set to true to solve the behavior seen on IC89974. DELIVERED IN: 5020500_4
