Problem
When using WebSphere Application Server basic authentication and DataPower Intelligent Load Distribution, a user agent must be created and attached to the default XML manager in the default application domain.
Symptom
When using Intelligent Load Distribution, the appliance does not properly retrieve the topology information for the load balancer group.
