Error description

  • It is currently possible only to read from local or locally
mounted file systems when using the FileRead Node. This APAR
will provide the ability to transfer a file from a remote FTP or
SFTP server using the FileRead Node.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
It is not possible to transfer files via FTP or SFTP using the
FileRead Node.

There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. For details

Problem conclusion


    

  • The FileRead Node has been enhanced with a new "FTP" panel which
allows the FileRead node to transfer files from a remote server
using the FTP or SFTP protocols.
