Local fix

• Set -Xdump:java:request=exclusive to switch off the native stack
  collection in javacore,

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when threads are halted to obtain native
  stack traces for the javacore dump.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to prevent the hang from occurring.
