Symptom
Installation of Information Server fails at the DB2 section with the error:
CDIIN4544E: The DB2 installation failed: the return code was 87
Operating system information: Linux 2.6.18-164.el5.#1 SMP Tue Aug 18 15:51:48 EDT 2009 x86_64
ERROR: DBI1705E The port number specified 50000 is being used by another application.
