• Problem Description:
  Incorrect number of values for SQLDA during reflex action
    processing as ko4ib.cpp execCmd does not always set the last
    parm marker
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    Run a moderate number of situations with reflex actions at
    TEMA
  
    KBB_RAS1=ERROR shows failure

Local fix

• None.  Problem may be circumvented by running reflex action at
  the TEMS rather than the TEMA.
  

Problem summary

• Reflex Action (System Command) fails to execute for Situation.
  
  This problem only occurs in IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.30 release
  stream.  For a situation that has a defined Reflex Action, the
  Reflex Action will not be executed if one or more of the
  following situation settings is defined ...
  1) Persistence > 1
  2) Formula contains embedded situation
  3) Formula contains function, such as COUNT, SUM, AVG ...
  
  When the problem occurs, the following messages may also be seen
  in the monitoring server RAS1 log file:  KO41041, KFAA009W,
  KFAA092I, and KFAA001W.
  

Problem conclusion

• A correction was made to ensure all necessary SQL parameters are
   provided, thus allowing situation's Reflex Action to be
  executed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
