  • Itncm version: ITNCM 6.4.0.3
    
    During OLT 4.9 driver development the existing VOIP command
    set(Built with 4.6 driver) working against 4.9 driver/device.
    Looks like this is broken.
    
    The same Command Set (ADD_USER_GPON_VOIP_ADV created with 4.6
    driver) working against 4.8 driver is not working against 4.9
    driver
