Error description

• When discovering switches using VDCs (virtual device context)
  and residing on the same physical chassis, the devices will
  merge because the manufacturer, model and serial number are the
  same.
  
  This APAR will append the VDC name to the serial number field.
  Eg;
  
  The following Oid is to describe the VDC name;
  
    .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.774.1.1.1.2.4 = STRING: "MyVDCname"
  
  
  In this case, we will make a change to the SnmpMib2Sensor to
  append the VDC name to the serial number such that the serial
  number attribute will become serial(MyVDCname).
