IV55717: RECEIPT STATUS ON PO IS CHANGING TO PARTIAL FROM NONE ON COMPLETE RECEIPT EVEN IF NO LINES WERE RECEIVED

Error description

• Completion Receipt changing wrong status update on PO
  
  For PO having receipts as NONE,  go to select action and click
  'Complete Receipts' .  Dialog box for 'Complete Receipts' will
  open displaying the items ordered. Don't select any check ox
  against the item and click OK , the receipts status will change
  to PARTIAL even though no receiving is done.
  
  Receipt status on PO is changing to Partial from None on
  complete receipt (When we do a complete receipt for a PO which
  has receipt status as None & do not select any line for
  complete receipt, the status gets changed to Partial)
  
  If a user is working on PO , clicked on Complete Receipt even
  my mistake  and clicked on OK even w/o checking any PO Line
  receipt status will change to PARTIAL.
  
  Some other user or same user can come back and see that and
  may think that receipt is already been completed for some PO
  Line and can get confused resulting in trouble for business.
