Error description

• In Maximo 7.5.0.3. Receive error: "BMXAA7691E - The status of
  inventory usage 1303 cannot be changed to COMPLETE. BMXAA0272E
  - Actual Date 10/7/13 AM does not correspond to a valid
  financial period." This error occurs only when Issueing an
  asset.Transfering the asset works properly. This error does not
  occur when Issueing from Inventory - "Issue Current Item"
