Troubleshooting
Problem
If you use the JAWS screen reading software by Freedom Scientific when editing tests in IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) or Rational Service Tester for SOA Quality, the product stops or locks up.
Symptom
With JAWS screen reader running, when using RPT's test editor, the program crashes repeatedly. With JAWS turned off, these problems disappear.
