Error description

• Steps to replicate:
  
  1 - Configure a Spatial GIS Object that contains a field that is
   associated to a GIS Domain.
  
  2 - Include this field in a Maximo application and the domain
  code will be presented instead of the domain description.
  
  3 - Go to the Spatial Map and execute a query task to a layer
  that points to this GIS Object. The domain description is not
  presented either.

• No workaround has been found.

Problem conclusion

• GIS fields returned from a query aren't translated to the
  respective domain values, so they need to be manually
  translated.
