Error description

• When samadapter is manually configured by running mksamadapter
  without parameters then samadapter-make file is created.
  If this is executed messages are displayed such as
    ./samadapter-make: line 15: [: -ne: unary operator expected
  This is because of unitialized internal variable

  The error messages can be ignored, if they are only of type:
  ./samadapter-make: line 15: [: -ne: unary operator expected
