Which R GUI packages are required if I choose to run R with IBM Netezza Analytics?

Answer

If the following R packages are not already installed in your R GUI environment, 
you will also need to download and install the following packages from the R repository:

http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/tree/
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/caTools/index.html
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/bitops/index.html
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RODBC/index.html
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ca/index.html
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rgl/index.html
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/XML/index.html

Install these packages as you would any R GUI package:
Select Packages|Install packages(s) from local zip files… and select the files that you downloaded.
