  The info for "Inactive" is incorrect. It states:
  
  Inactive - You cannot change the status of a job plan to
  inactive if the job plan is used on any work orders, preventive
  maintenance records, routes, or items. Inactive job plans are
  not available in other applications; you must change the status
  to active to make job plans available in other applications.
  
  REMARKS BY THE PRODUCT MANAGER:
  
  The docs are wrong. You should be able to inactivate a job plan
  whenever you want. What this means is that it can not be used on
  any new work orders. Any work orders it was used on in the past
  are fine. It just prevents future use of that job plan.
