  - Development have come to the following conclusion:
  ===
  We have not yet determined what in the DB2 driver is triggering
  the DBTimestamp objects, as I know from the calls that the DB2
  is not on z/OS.
  
  We have come across some Maximo framework level code that can be
  changed to alleviate the problem while we investigate the
  DBTimestamp further as it relates to DB2 JDBC driver.
  
  The change to this Maximo framework class converts the
  DBTimestamp object coming from the DB2 driver into a standard
  Date object so that we do not have issue with serialization when
  used in the context of Maximo Scheduler.
  

Local fix

• Test fix provided and it has resolved the issue. Need a formal
  fix.
