Attempts to apply Change Proposal in IBM Rational DOORS fails with the error "Proposal CP
Symptom
The following error message occurs while applying the change proposal in Rational DOORS:
Proposal CP <proposal_name> failed because the attribute <attribute_name> of object <object_number> could not be found".
