BP generated PGP encryption Error and failed due to error. Status report says “Connection refused: connect?
Symptom
PGPCmdlineService uses the CLA2 adapter.
CLA2 Service is enabled.
Disable cla2 service and re-enabled it.
Error Message
Errors from running business process.
