Problem
Error while printing when using hpd4350 printer "Gentran Translator has encountered a problem and needs to close."
Symptom
- Gentran Server for Windows 5.1
- Processing inbound data
- Using a Print type of translation object in the partner profile
- Using hpd4350 printer
- Using latest printer drivers
- data prints successfully
- At the very end of the printing an error message shows up on the screen
- The problem does not occur when printing to other models of printers
- The problem does not occur when printing to a file using the Microsoft Document Imaging Writer Port
Gentran Translator has encountered a problem and needs to close.
