Problem

Unable to launch Control Center from Sterling Control Center Start Page on Windows.

Symptom

Sterling Control Center Start Page comes up fine, so the engine is running. But when a configuration (doesn’t matter which) is selected, received a pop-up that says, “Unable to launch application.”
