Problem
Cache Refresh service is not refreshing changes which have been made to the properties file
Symptom
When making changes to a custom properties file and using the cache refresh service to refresh the parameters, the assign to retrieve the changed parameters, still returns the old values.
Properties file name: cust_test.properties
Assigned used to retrieve value:
<assign to="Directory" from="sci-get-property('Cust_Test','getPath')"></assign>
Error Message
No Error, the new changed values are not refreshed
