LOCATION OF LOGS: n/a STEPS TO RECREATE: 1) Select menu "Goto > Work Orders > Work Order Tracking(nuc)" 2) Click "New Work Order" Button. 3) Click Tab "Safety Plan" 4) Click button "New Row" on "Hazards and Precautions" tab 5) Input the "Hazard item" from "Detail Menu", and check mark "Hazardou Material Enabled?" option. 6) Click the tab of the "Hazardous Materials". 7) Click the tab of "Hazards and Precautions", and uncheck mark "Hazardous Material Enabled?" option. 8) Click the tab of the "Hazardous Materials". The following dialog appears. BMXAA4210E - Database error number 904 has occurred. Invalid SQL queries are logged in the log file. Check the SQL query to identify therror. Please refer to GUI flows in the following excel file. /ecurep/pmr/4/7/47525,999,760/2011-08-29/47525,999,760_0829.zip <Log message> [ERROR] [MXServer] [] BMXAA6714E - Data for the next record in the mboset could not be retrieved for the SQL: select * from wpmaterialwhere wonum = '1265' and itemnum in (select itemnum from item where hazardid = 'KK0001' java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "HAZARDID": invalid identifier L3's comment: I am able to reproduce the problem within the Base Services Work Order application as well.
Local fix
Do not move tabs after un-check mark "Hazardous Material Enabled?".

Problem conclusion
Modified the query that was used to check if hazard material enabled flag could be set to false. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance package: | release\fix pack | REL 7.5.0.1 - BS
