    PROBLEM:
    BMXAA4210E occurs after uncheck mark "Hazardous Material
    Enabled?" and moving to "Hazardous Materials" tab.
    
    LOCATION OF LOGS:

    STEPS TO RECREATE:
    1) Select menu "Goto > Work Orders > Work Order Tracking(nuc)"
    2) Click "New Work Order" Button.
    3) Click Tab "Safety Plan"
    4) Click button "New Row" on "Hazards and Precautions" tab
    5) Input the "Hazard item" from "Detail Menu", and check mark
    "Hazardou Material Enabled?" option.
    6) Click the tab of the "Hazardous Materials".
    7) Click the tab of "Hazards and Precautions", and uncheck mark
    "Hazardous Material Enabled?" option.
    8) Click the tab of the "Hazardous Materials". The following
    dialog appears.
    
    BMXAA4210E - Database error number 904 has occurred.  Invalid
    SQL queries are logged in the log file.  Check the SQL query to
    identify therror.

    I am able to reproduce the problem within the Base Services Work
    Order application as well.
    

Local fix

  • Do not move tabs after un-check mark "Hazardous Material
    Enabled?".

    An error (BMXAA4210E) occurs after unchecking the Hazardous
    Material enabled flag and then moving back to the Hazardous
    Materials tab.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Modified the query that was used to check if hazard material
