Problem summary

• EVENT PARSING ERROR IF N'<STR>' IS IN THE SITUATION FORMULA
  
  
  If a UTF-8 column is part of the situation formula, this may
  cause the situation formula to get a parsing error. As a result,
  the event does not get sent from the hub monitoring server to
  the Omnibus/TEC Event server.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ensure that all UTF-8 parts of the formula get parsed correctly.
