Error description

  • Failed to load core components & blue screen issue

Description: We are getting " Failed to load core components for
    Private
    desktop.
Private desktop will not be available" error message at random
    when
restarting a private desktop machine. After acknowledging the
    error,
computer logs in to the local service account and then locks the
computer and behaves as a personal desktop machine so only one
    user can
login. To fix this, have to delete the contents of cryptobox
    folder and
    restart the machine.
We are using AA 8.1 FP2 with ifix aa8.1.0.0116-iFix
