Problem

The SOA inbound BP in SI is halting on the "Sterling Control Center Service" step

Symptom

When enabling BP Monitoring (Monitor Business Processes in SCC UI) - the SOA inbound BP in SI is halting on the "Sterling Control Center Service" step. The process is then waiting in that step 30-60 minutes before Sterling Control Center throws a timeout.
