Problem
Business Process (BP) shows "ActivityEngine“ error when there are problems with the data file
Symptom
X12Deenvelope service didn't provide a specific error message when there are problems with the data file. A more specific error should be generated instead of:
"ActivityEngine - persistWFCErrorInfo Exception caught
java.sql.SQLException: Column 'ASSOCIATED_DOC_ID' cannot be null "
