Error description

• During the preparation Session sensor for
  AIX 5.3 has finished with error. So nothing else
  was discovered. Logs were in debug mode

Local fix

• The existing limitation allows to get CPU speed up to 2150MHz on
  AIX machine. In case of faster CPU we can see below exception.
  The solution is to change frequency from Integer to Long in
  AixOs.java file. The temporary fix has shown that it works.
