Error description
Customer is installing TAM 5.1 and has a problem with the install wizards. This is being installed on AIX 5.2.0.2. Here is an example of how one fails: | >> ./install_ldap_server | InstallShield Wizard | | Initializing InstallShield Wizard... | | Searching for Java(tm) Virtual Machine... | ...........The wizard cannot continue because of the following error: | could not load wizard specified in /wizard.inf (104) | >> java -jar install_ldaps_setup.jar | The wizard cannot continue because of the following error: | could not load wizard specified in /wizard.inf (104) The workaround they have is to uninstall their java 1.3.1 and reinstall it, but they have other applications which are affected by this. Local fix
Problem summary
This issue has been unreproducible both in the L2 and L3 lab environments. To continue attempt at reproducing, Support will require the requested tar-archive in the PMR.
