      STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
      1. Load Scheduler List (schedacm)
      2. Change the URL event=loadapp&value=scheduler instread of
  event=loadapp&value=schedacm
      3. Create new schedule
      4. Load the Gantt (applet should be visible) (requires
  Internet Explorer)
      CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
