IV98660: CANNOT APPROVE AN INTERNAL PO THAT GOES ACROSS ORGANIZATIONS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Able to approve an internal PO that goes across sites, but not
  across orgs.
  
  1. Log into Maximo.
  2. Change the default insert site to WOKING.
  3. Go to Storerooms and create a storeroom in the WOKING site.
  4. Change the default insert site back to BEDFORD.
  5. Go to PO and create a new PO.
  6. Click the Internal checkbox and enter CENTRAL in the
  Storeroom field.
  7. Go to the PO Lines tab and insert a new row.
  8. Enter item number 251111
  9. Change the Site to WOKING and set the new storeroom in the
  storeorom field.
  10. Approve.

  BMXAA3279E - Could not change PO 1097 status to APPR.
