  1-) Go to Graphical Assignment application
  2-) Load the  Work Order and create the Scenario
  3-) Run the Optimization for Labor or Spatila
  4-) The Optimization fail
  5-) Go to the Logging dialog
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: At log the user can see Conflict
  Message problem Undefined table app.CONFLICTMESSAGESDO
  EXPECTED RESULT: The Conflict should back to Maximo to be
  available to the user handle that
