  Inside of the Graphical Scheduling record when the user try to
  perform the Critical Path Method
  PROBLEM: Unassignment Records are not loaded on Repair Facility
  Assignment tab.
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:NO
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1-) Go to Graphical Scheduling application
  2-)Open one existing Work List or create one if necessary
  3-)Go to the Gantt View tab
  4-) Create a constraint Finish to Start with Lead&Lag time = 0
  between two WOs of same parent
  5-) Make sure that the Parent starts <today + 3days>
  6-) Perform the CPM action
  7-) The Work Order move to same start to the Parent <TODAY + 3
  Days>
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The Work Order move to same start to
  the Parent <TODAY + 3 Days>
  EXPECTED RESULT: The Work should move to next available day.
  ADDITIONAL INFO: That is curent impacting a big costumer and
  can cause another problems for a planning perspective
