Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  -go to Graphical Scheduling application
  -enter the proper data in the fields for 'Configure Optimization
  Server' so you can successfully deploy the models
  -create a record in Graphical Scheduling with 'Use Alternate
  Availability?' checked
  -move to Gantt View tab, under Resources section right click on
  craft and add some Alternate Resources
  -Create Scenario
      - from More Actions section use Create Scenario > and use
  one from the list
           -Create Resource Leveling Scenario
           -Create Capacity Planning Scenario
  -Run Optimization
      -from Common Actions section select 'Run Optimization'
      -enter the proper data and select Submit
  
  ACTUAL RESULT: The Optimization process does not include the
  alternate (override) resources.
  EXPECTED RESULT: The alternate (override) resources should be
  included in optimization process when Alternate Availability is
  set toTrue in the Schedule record.
