Error description

• Steps to Reproduce
  
  
  Go to Labor Reporting application.
  From the Common Actions Menu > Enter By Labor option.
  Populate the Labor field with a labor record that has multiple
  crafts associated.
  From the Daily Time section click New Row button.
  Notice the Craft field does not auto populate which it should
  auto populate from the labor record default craft field.
  Click on Cancel button.
  From Common Actions > Enter By Labor option.
  Populate the Labor field with a labor record that only has one
  craft associated.
  From the Daily Time section click New Row button.
  Notice that the Craft field is auto populated.
  
  If the labor record is associated to multiple crafts the craft
  field will not auto populate.
