IV96852: ATTRIBUTES NOT COPIED WHEN DUPLICATING A SERVICE REQUEST

Error description

  • REPRODUCTION STEPS
    1. Go To Service Request application and select sample Service
    Request from the list
    
    2. Go to SR details tab and check if fields in  Reported By
    section have values.
    
    3. From  Select Action  choose  Duplicate Service Request
    option.
    
    Observe that in new ticket all values from Reported By
        sections were properly copied.
         Name  - SR.REPORTEDBYNAME
         Phone  - SR.REPORTEDPHONE
         Email  - SR.REPORTEDEMAIL
    
    4. Go To  Application Designer  and find Service Request
    application
    
    5. In  Service Request  tab remove REPORTEDBYID field from user
    interface and press save button.
    
    6. Go To Service Request application and select sample SR from
    the list
    
    7. Go to SR details tab and check if fields in  Reported By
    section have values.
    
    8. From  Select Action  choose  Duplicate Service Request
    option.
    
    INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR
    In the new ticket all fields below are empty.
         Name  - SR.REPORTEDBYNAME
         Phone  - SR.REPORTEDPHONE
         Email  - SR.REPORTEDEMAIL

        Name  - SR.REPORTEDBYNAME
         Phone  - SR.REPORTEDPHONE
         Email  - SR.REPORTEDEMAIL
    should be copied
