IV96609: KPI MANAGER OWNER FIELD NOT CHANGING WHEN DUPLICATING KPI.

Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1) current user name is maxadmin
  2) Open Administration - KPI - KPI Manager
  3) Open any KPI - eg Usersessions.  "Created By" attribute is
  Wilson
  4) In Select action menu click Duplicate action
  5) Record was duplicated but Created By field retains the ID of
  the user who created the original (Wilson), but it should be
  populated by current user id Maxadmin.
