IV94985: MS EXCEL ICON IS MISSING IN GANTT VIEW

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  They found that our existing MAXIMO scheduler does not allow
  extracting data into MS Excel. The MS Excel icon is missing
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Graphical Scheduling application
  
  2) Go to Gantt View tab
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The client cannot view the Excel icon
  in the Gantt View menu
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The client can view the Excel icon in the Gant
  View menu
  

Local fix

• It appears that the icons are missing from the Tivoli09 Skin
  you can manually update your local maximo build
  by coping the icon from
  applications/maximo/maximouiweb/webmodule/webclient/skins/tivoli
  13/image
  And it appears you are missing the clear filter icon as well...
  copy from
  applications/maximo/maximouiweb/webmodule/webclient/skins/tivoli
  13/images/miniapps/scheduler/tb_removeFilters.png
  Rebuild Maximo Ear, and Redeploy, and the icons should be
  there.  (if you open ARAR we'll add the icons to the IFIX)
