IV91505: ERROR 500: NULL POINTER EXCEPTION WHEN OK SELECTED WITHOUT FILE BEING CHOSEN ON FILE DIALOGUE FOR DATA IMPORT

Error description

• Error 500: Null Pointer Exception when OK Selected without file
  being chosen on file dialog for data import/ data export / and
  attach documents.
  This causes the screen to freeze and not provide any feedback
  to the user.
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Log into Maximo
  2. Navigate to the External Systems Application
  3. Location the EXTSYS1 external system
  4. Navigate to the Enterprise Services tab
  5. With the MXAMCREW enterprise service selected click the <DATA
  IMPORT> button.
  6. Click OK without selecting any files using the browse dialog.
  Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerException dispalyed where the
  "Specify
  Import File" section is in dialogue.
  This causes the screen to freeze and not provide any feedback
  to the
  user.
