Error description

  • When a Warranty Claim based on Item Warranty Contract is
    processed, the

    !1548.22 the
    Current balance is 11.
    7. Go to Actuals tab, Material sub-tab, click New Row,
    Item=PUMP100,
    Storeroom=CENTRAL, Rotating Asset=2082

    It is to be noted that the Average Cost of PUMP100 is 1548.22
    and the
    Current balance is now 10.

    8. Select Action<View Cost shows that PUMP100 (Asset 2082) was
    issued
    at Average Cost 1548.22. It is to be noted that there is no
    other
    transaction on WO.
    9.  Select Action<Warranty Claims<Generate Warranty Claims,

    WO Cost
    and Average Cost for PUMP100.
    Go to WO from above and View Cost, the cost is still 1548.22, it
    should
    have been 0
    Click Actuals tab, Materials sub-tab:
    It is to be noted that PUMP100 doesn àÉ t go back to inventory
    even
    though the storeroom was identified on the Claim, therefore, the
    Current Balance and the Average Cost for PUMP100 remain
    un-changed i.e.
    the Average Cost and Current Balance are still 1548.22 and 11
    respectively.

    .
    Additional Comments
    Also please note that the above issues are faced for both
    NON-Rotating
    and Rotating Item.
