Error description
PHENOMENON: Using "multilinetextbox" replacing richtexteditor in "SR" application, noticed if first entering info in "Details" field, then continually typing info onto "Summary:" field, suddenly all the input value would be invisible from UI. ENVIRONMENT: WAS 8.5.5.3 TPAE 7.6.0.4 IFIX20160803 Windows 6.3 SQL Server 12.0 STEPS TO REPRODUCE: (1) Export current SR application via Application Designer (2) Allocate the line including "richtexteditor" keyword from the SR.xml (3) Replace the "richtexteditor" line with below info <multilinetextbox columns="80" dataattribute="description_longdescription" id="main_grid3a_col1_2" rows="18"/> (4) Save the change (5) Import the updated SR.xml into Maximo via Application Designer (6) Logout Maximo then login again (7) Access SR application (8) Click [New] button (9) Noticed the "Details" field is using "multilinetextbox" other than "richtexteditor" (10) Enter any info into "Details", for example "12345" (11) Start to enter info onto "Summary" field. Continuing typing till 100 characters, if you keeping on typing, you will notice all the previously typed info in "Summary" being invisible from SR UI, but if you clicking "Long Description" button next to "Summary", the previously typed info is still existed. (12) If you closed the "Long Description" popup dialog, the previously typed info would be visible again on "Summary" field. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Previously typed "Summary" info would be invisible to users (Getting blank) EXPECTED RESULT: Once the typing reach to maximal length, the info should stay the same and visible to users even using "multilinetextbox"
