Closed as program error.
Error description
EmailSender service will start/resume each time when SendEmailFunction called. When service is up, corresponding service log writer need initiate. Anyway Impact stopLogWriter before start it. Log Writer might come to null by chances - has already closed/or not even start by the time(it is null). Local fix
Fix is that check the log writer null or not when initiate it. Fix to likely be included in 7.1 Fix Pack 8 (7.1.0.8).
