IV89195: CANNOT SAVE ATTACHMENT TO WORK ORDER AFTER DIALOG IS CANCELED

Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  -Log in to maxdemo instance as wilson
  -Go To Work Orders | Work Order Tracking
  -In the Work Order field press Enter
  -Click on any record that has a Status value of WAPPR
  -Click on the Attachments button | Add New Attachments | Add
  New File
  -In the Create a File Attachment dialog uncheck the checkbox
  for "Copy document to the default location..."
  -Click OK (without entering a folder/file/document name)
  -Click the Save button on the toolbar
  -System Message appears, "BMXAA4195E - A value is required for
  the URL/File name field on the DOCLINKS object."
  -Click on the Attachments button | Add New Attachments | Add
  New File
  *The System Message appears again, and will not allow any entry
  in the Create a File Attachment dialog
