IV88852: WHEN USING THE MAP, THE RESET TIMER IS NOT RESET, AND CAUSES A SESSION TIMEOUT

Error description

  • Steps to Replicate:
    1) Go to the Assets application
    2) Go to the Map (Spatial) tab
    3) Click around within the map until the timeout duration is
    completed. (usually 30 mins, or less if you shorten this)
    4) After the 30 min window (notice you receive no warning
    message) - click on a different Tab
    
    You will get time out from the session and need to sign in again

Problem conclusion

  • Session timeout timer is reset on server when using map and
    other controls.
