Error description

• If you set Exection mode in Cognos 10.2 to 64-bit you won' tbe
  able to publish any Object Structres from maximo into Cognos
  packages
  
  PROBLEM:
  Cannot use packages published from Maximo when Report Server
  Execution Mode is 64-bit
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  set the Report Server Execution Mode in Cognos to 64 bit,
  try publishing any object structure to cognos
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  QFS-ERR-0141 This report service is configured as 64-bit
  and only supports packages published with the dynamic query
  mode.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Package should be received into Cognos
