Error description

• PROBLEM
  The browser pop-up counting down to the idle session timeout
  sometimes starts late and sometimes does not occur at all
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Stop typing in Maximo and wait for the session timeout defined
  by the <session-timeout> property in the web.xml file
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Usually, at a time defined by System Property
  webclient.sessiontimeoutwarningtime (in minutes) before the
  seesion is due to timeout,a browser pop-up is displayed
  counting down the number of seconds before the timeout
  
  Sometimes the session times-out without warning.
  
  Sometimes the expected pop-up timer which counts down the
  number of seconds before timeout starts later than expected
  
  No clear pattern has been observed
  
  EXPECTED RESULT
  The pop-up occurs at the expected time in all cases.
